〇Cancellation of reservations

The "TOHAKU Chakan Seasonal Omakase Gozen" is prepared by purchasing and preparing special ingredients several days in advance.
Therefore, if you wish to cancel your reservation due to unavoidable circumstances, please contact us at least two days before the reserved date.

After confirming the details of your booking, we will proceed with the cancellation of your pre-paid reservation.

〇If you are late for your appointment...

If you are late for your appointment due to unavoidable circumstances such as traffic or sudden problems, please contact us when you know.

If you do not arrive 30 minutes after your appointment time without informing us, you will be deemed to have cancelled your appointment without notice, and we will not be able to refund your money.

Please note that extending an appointment due to tardiness is not possible in principle.
